visited site due to no comms. removed old VZW Home Internet Modem/Router (MD# 908-239-6014 & IP 166.139.031.061) and installed new Cradlepoint IBR1700 with MD# 908-217-8018 and IP 166.159.121.078. Comms now working again. Handel Teresa: several other stations had communications outages around this same time, the problem may have had something to do with Verizon service, new Cradlepoints are being installed at all Rutgers sites
